1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of bedding and home textile products, we accept returns only under the conditions described below.
To be eligible for a return:

All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of use.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Mattress protectors

Pillows

Comforters

Blankets

Towels

Personalized or custom-made products

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items
If a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

a damaged product,

a defective product,
-
an incorrect item,
-
or an item with a manufacturing defect,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

a description of the issue,

clear photographs of the product,

photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
Once verified, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

a replacement,

a store credit,

or a full refund.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:

a damaged product,

an incorrect shipment,

or a manufacturing defect,
Laam & Loom will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
6. Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our quality team.
If the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy, your refund or exchange will be processed.
If the returned product does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to you.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
8. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for:

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, any additional shipping, storage, customs, or return costs may be deducted from the refund.
11. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country's authorities.
These charges are not controlled by Laam & Loom and are non-refundable.
12. Our Quality Promise
Every Laam & Loom product is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
